Original Fantasy Fudge

 Ingredients

• 3c sugar

• 3/4c butter

• 2/3c evaporated milk

• 2c semi sweet chocolate chips

• 1 7oz jar of marshmallow cream

• 1tsp. vanilla extract

• Chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

1.      Grease a 9x13” pan or alternatively line the pan with parchment paper.

2.      In a medium pot mix sugar, butter, and milk.

3. Bring the mixture to a full boil on medium heat, constantly stirring so the sugar dissolves and does not burn to the bottom.

4. Boil for 5 minutes. Specifically 5 minutes.

5. Remove the thickened mixture from the heat and add the chocolate chips.

6. Add the marshmallow cream and vanilla extract.

7. Add nuts if desired.

8. Pour into the prepared pan to cool.

9. Once cool, cut to size and enjoy!
