Earn Points

Slots: $1 coin-in equals 1 point
Video Poker: $2 coin-in equals 1 point
Table Games: Based on type of game, average bet and time played.
Bingo: $1 buy-in equals 25 points
Live Poker: 1 hour of play = 1000 points and 50 tier credits
Sports Wagering: Straight Bet = 2 points and 2 tier credits; Parlay Bet = 4 points and 4 tier credits
Food & Beverage Purchases: $1 spend = 1 point
Retail Purchases: $1 spend = 1 point

No matter how you choose to use your points, the redemption rate is the same.
 

Access Slot Reward Play

1. Insert Potawatomi Rewards card into a slot machine.
2. Using the touch-screen display, navigate to account options by pressing the MENU button.
3. Touch the REWARD PLAY or POINT EXCHANGE button.
4. Enter your secure PIN. Verify that an asterisk has appeared after keying in each number.
5. Your available Reward Play balance will appear on the machine’s display.
6. To activate Reward Play, you must place your first wager using your own money. When the spin has finished, Reward Play will reimburse your wager up to the amount of your offer.
    

Access Reward Point Exchange

1. Insert Potawatomi Rewards card into a slot machine.
2. Using the touch-screen display, navigate to account options by pressing the MENU button.
3. Touch the REWARD PLAY or POINT EXCHANGE button.
4. Enter your secure PIN. Verify that an asterisk has appeared after keying in each number.
5. Based on your available point balance, buttons will display for available exchange options.
6. You will be asked to confirm your transaction, then points will be exchanged into Reward Play and cannot be converted back to points.

Not available on wide-area progressives. Note: Points are not earned when gambling in Reward Play mode.

Access your Potawatomi Rewards points and account info, and activate drawing entries.

You can review and update your account information, receive your free promotional drawing entry and activate your earned drawing entries simply by swiping your Potawatomi Rewards card at any promotional kiosk located on the casino floor.

Here’s how it works:
1. Swipe your Potawatomi Rewards card.
2. Enter your PIN.
3. Select what screen you want to see: promotions, drawings or account info.

This is where you can activate your entries into our drawings. To activate entries, press Drawing anytime within one hour before each drawing.

The system times-out after 30 seconds of inactivity in order to safeguard your private information.

Where does my card work?
For the first time ever, your Potawatomi Rewards membership will grant you benefits and tier points at both our Milwaukee AND Carter location.

Will I earn points at both properties?
Yes! You will be able to earn points at both our Milwaukee and Carter properties, and points earned at each property will show in a single balance in your account.

What are tier credits?
Tier credits are non-redeemable credits earned only while playing slots, table games and bingo. You do not earn tier credits while participating in special, invite-only events or point multipliers.

What are points?
Points are earned by gaming with your Potawatomi Reward card and can be used and redeemed for slot play and dining. You will continue to earn these points, and will earn more points through multiplier point promotions.

What’s different about how points are redeemed?
Whether used for Reward Play or in our dining and retail locations, points will be redeemed at a rate of 1,000 points to $1. When redeeming in dining areas, a 15% service charge will be applied to comp and coupon transactions.

How will tier status work at each property?
Tier credits earned at each property will count toward the same status between both properties. You’ll be able to earn status and enjoy your tier benefits at both locations. Plus, level up even faster by earning 5X tier credits at Potawatomi Carter Casino, every day. This means that you can upgrade your tier faster by playing at Potawatomi Carter Casino. And then, come to Milwaukee and enjoy the same benefits.

Are benefits the same at the Milwaukee and Carter casinos?
Both properties have universal benefits. These benefits are offered at both locations. In addition, we’ll also have unique property benefits that highlight the best of each location.

Speaking of benefits, what else do I get when I level up to a higher tier?
Not only will it unlock benefits universally at both Milwaukee and Carter, you can also earn points (not tier credits) faster the more you level up your card.

What’s different about tier levels and tier-level evaluation periods?
All of our tier levels are changing:
SPARK        No minimum qualifications
EMBER        25,000 tier credits
IGNITE        75,000 tier credits
BLAZE        200,000 tier credits
FLAME        By invitation only

We have also changed the tier-status evaluation period to six months: January 1–June 30 and July 1–December 31. 

Can I earn tier points from Poker or Sportsbook?
Sorry, points earned in Poker do not count toward tier status. Points for Sportsbook are coming soon; stay tuned!

Which tier levels have access to the 1833 Club in Milwaukee?
Access to the 1833 Club is limited to the Blaze and Flame levels. Other guests may receive invitations based on their rated play.
