Overview

Due to bridge closures and upcoming I-94 construction, travel to Potawatomi Casino Hotel Milwaukee will be impacted through late 2026. Here’s everything you need to know to plan your trip and avoid delays.

Bridge and I-94 exit closures will affect some of our primary exits:

Eastbound Exit 309B (26th Street/St. Paul Avenue) – closed
16^th Street bridge - closed
27^th Street bridge – closed

Note: Westbound Exit 309B (25th Street/Clybourn) will remain open

Additional lane reductions include:

I-94 Eastbound: Reduced to 2 lanes starting mid-March
I-94 Westbound: Reduced to 3 lanes beginning late spring

Please allow extra travel time and plan alternate routes when possible.

Detour

Clearly marked detours will be posted on highway billboards and official city signage.

For Eastbound traffic, exit at 13th Street (Exit 310A) and follow detours to Canal Street

Nightly Shutdowns

Most of the road work will be completed between 10 P.M. and 5 A.M.. During these hours, additional lane or ramp closures may occur.
