For over thirty years, Heart of Canal Street, Potawatomi Casino Hotel’s signature community program, has contributed more than $23 million to hundreds of local children’s charities throughout southeastern Wisconsin.

Funds raised for Heart of Canal Street go towards improving the lives of children by providing meals for families, supporting programs that keep children safe and inspiring creativity through the arts.

Now through December 9, share your heart by playing the Canal Street bingo game, where half the proceeds from each game go towards Heart of Canal Street.

Giving with your heart doesn’t stop at bingo. Purchase select retail, food and beverage items throughout the casino and $1 per each item will go towards our fundraising goal of $1 million!

CHARITY INFORMATION

Each year, all local children’s charities are invited to apply for a chance at winning thousands of dollars to help support their missions and programs.

If a charity’s application is approved, they will be notified and invited to the random drawing event in December.

IMPACT

Since 1994, the Heart of Canal Street program has contributed more than $23 million to hundreds of local children’s charities.

In 2025, 30 deserving local children’s charities each received an equal portion of more than $500,000 in total!
