Rice Crispy Treat

Ingredients

• 3 Tbsp Butter

• 10oz marshmallow or 5 1/2c mini marshmallow

• 6c Rice Crispy cereal. Other options include fruity pebbles or coco pebbles any puffed rice cereal should do the trick.

Directions

1.      In a large saucepan melt the butter over low heat.

2.      Add the marshmallow and stir until completely melted, remove from heat.

3.      Add your cereal of choice and stir until combined well.

4.      Evenly press the mixture into a greased pan (It helps to use a greased rubber spatula or to grease your hand to press)

5.      Let cool, then cut into 2-inch squares—or any size you prefer.

6.      Decorate or leave them plain, its your choice.
