We have collected the top four must-have items from our new RuYi menu, including a delicious starter, comforting classic, traditional Vietnamese dish, and, of course, sushi that will take your taste buds on a tour of deliciousness. Before we dive right in, start your RuYi dining experience with one of our signature cocktails. Each drink is handcrafted, made with the freshest and highest quality ingredients. Enjoy classics like the Moonstone Colada made with Moonstone Coconut Lemongrass sake, Nigori sake, pineapple juice, and garnished with pineapple, the Lychee Daquiri made with Lychee Nigori sake, strawberry, Mio Sparkling sake and garnished with dried blueberries, or the I Am Pine which is made with Haiku sake, Nigori sake, pineapple juice, ginger ale and garnished with a dried lemon wheel. All these specialty cocktails and more are available for $12 at RuYi.

1. Pu Pu Platter

Start your RuYi experience with the Pu Pu Platter. It is the perfect starter to try a bit of everything. Enjoy crispy shrimp spring rolls and fragrant basil spring rolls, paired with savory pot stickers and creamy, golden crab Rangoon. Tender chicken satay adds a smoky, grilled touch, while sweet-and-sticky BBQ spare ribs round out the platter with bold, satisfying flavor. Served with a variety of sauces, you can taste test a little bit of everything before finding your perfect entrée. 2. Pad Thai

Take your taste buds on a journey with this acclaimed dish prepared by our talented culinary artists. Pad Thai is a blend of savory, sweet, and tangy flavors. Tender rice noodles are stir-fried with tofu and egg, then tossed with colorful bell peppers, red onions, and scallions for added crunch and freshness. Crisp bean sprouts and crushed peanuts add texture, topped with a sprig of cilantro and lime wedges. Make this amazing dish your own by adding chicken, beef, or shrimp. 3. Beef Pho

Enjoy the hearty flavors of tender meatballs, savory tripe, thinly shaved beef, and succulent oxtail. Each bowl is topped with fresh scallions, bean sprouts, red onions, jalapeños, Thai basil, cilantro, and a bright lime wedge. Every bite delivers warmth and depth built on layers of flavor and texture that will have you wanting more. 4. Sushi Bar

As we mentioned, fresh ingredients are important. One of Ruyi’s most important dishes that takes advantage of the quality available is sushi! Prepare to be blown away by the sheer variety and complexity of the sushi menu, which is available every night until 10 p.m. Traditional sushi rolls, chef's signature rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and taco sushi are here. Check out some of the sushi options we have for you to try on your next visit to RuYi.

• Sushi Rolls - Traditional sushi lovers will enjoy Spicy Tuna, California, and Crispy Shrimp rolls. Each option is served with wasabi and pickled ginger.
• Chef’s Signature Rolls - Are you looking for something more? Chef’s Rolls are also available, including more ingredients to add variety to the way you make sushi. Favorites include the Firekeeper’s Roll with spicy tuna, salmon, yellowtail, scallion, and cucumber, topped with avocado and wasabi mayo. Or the Milwaukee Roll with shrimp katsu, avocados, cucumbers, and scallion, topped with tuna tartar and Sriracha aioli.
• Nigiri & Sashimi - Let the quality speak for itself and order your favorites as nigari & sashimi. You can enjoy Waygu, Salmon roe, Octopus, and more here!
• Taco Sushi – new to the menu, taco sushi offers a bold, new experience to enjoy favorites like salmon, ikura, and tobiko.

Order a little bit of everything with Moriawase. Each option has between 6-9 pieces of sushi and serves multiple people. Options include the Banzai, which features four different types of sushi, including the California roll, and the Hunamori, which features both the Fire Keeper’s roll and the Milwaukee roll. Red Lantern

This dessert is almost too beautiful to eat, but one bite and you will be floating on a cloud of delicious strawberry and vanilla mousse. Our Red Lantern dessert is a beautifully layered indulgence that’s as striking as it is delicious. Light and silky vanilla schuss mousse forms the base, offering a smooth, creamy sweetness that melts effortlessly on the palate. Bright strawberry jelly adds a vibrant pop of fruit-forward flavor. Soft vanilla sponge cake provides a tender, airy texture that ties each layer together. This dessert is finished with a red glaze and topped with strawberry cream, giving the lantern the final touches.  This airy dessert is the perfect ending to your RuYi adventure.
